SW Diesel Rail Chip – Toyota Landcruiser 70 series (4.5L V8 Diesel)

SW Diesel Rail Chip Toyota Landcruiser 70 series (4.5L V8 Diesel) I have recently had my ECU remapped at Down Under Diesel and no longer need the SW Diesel Rail Chip which was installed in my Toyota 2011 Landcruiser VDJ76R GXL when I purchased it. BEFORE SW DIESEL CHIP INSTALLED I dont have the Dyno data of my engine performance when it was non-chipped but looking at the Down Under Diesel Facebook page info on all the 70 series tunes, I can see the standard engine performance looks like this :- * Power 95 to 115 Kw * Torque 300 to 350 Nm If you think those numbers look odd, the power & torque stated by the manufacturer is measured primarily using an engine dynamometer. This measurement incurs no drivetrain losses (gearbox, diff etc) so it is much higher than what you will see when you measure the power actually being delivered by the wheels on a dyno AFTER SW DIESEL CHIPPED INSTALLED With SW Diesel Chip plugged in my engine performance increased to the following:- * Power 125 Kw (8% to 30% depending on your engine) * Torque 420 Nm (20% to 40% depending on your engine) Obviously, every engine is unique so there is no guarantee you will achieve the same outcome, but at least this gives you an idea of the potential improved engine performance. As far as I can see, the Rail Chip is pre-set so unadjustable. The SW Diesel chip was removed from my vehicle on the 5th Jan, 2024 by Down Under Diesel and has sat on my desk ever since.
