Mimaki CJV150-160 Eco-Solvent Printer & Printer Cutter This machine started our business and has been the best machine for us by far! The maintenance is simple, and the cost of consumables is low. Honestly, this machine is great for someone starting up or established. We can't fault it. I constantly change the wipers, the capping pad, and the capping unit every three months, even when it's unnecessarily needed, to keep it all nice and fresh :) I treat all our machines as if they were my baby. Our serviceman always tells me there is no need for me to come and service your machines as I do it all myself. Printer Heater Information Pre-heater: Heats media to the optimum temperature before printing. Print heater: Dries ink after it lands on media before it bleeds, improving colour development. Post-heater: Enhances ink drying and achieves stable take-up. Top blower: Air blower supports drying of ink. We've got it set up with eco-solvent ink, but you can change it to Dye sublimation ink. We've added two white inks to print on transparent labels, which gives you the ability to label water privately. - Roll to roll :)
