Hello, my name is Roy. A family home with CHILDREN OVER 6YRS would be ideal for me. I am quite calm, but active at times. A daily walk as well as playtime at home will keep me fit and happy. A weekly brush will also help us bond as well as a regular bath to help keep me looking, smelling & feeling nice. I get along with most other medium/large dogs, but would need to meet the family dog before adoption to ensure we can be friends. I would also be happy to be the only dog in the home. As with all Greyhounds, I will have to wear an appropriately fitting wire muzzle and preferably a martingale-style collar when I am out in public - until I achieve my Greenhound status (more info www.greenhounds.com.au). A large kennel with soft bedding & a day bed in my new home, with secure 5ft high fences & gates will all keep me comfortable & safe.
