With the carburetor still wet with fuel to give a true reading.
Press the Kartelli Carby Adaptor firmly into the fuel inlet hole
(see associated pictures)
And while holding firm pressure on the adaptor,
Simply pump up the gauge,
View the POP OFF pressure on the gauge

We use to sell the old gold model but had too many breakages and returns. We used the old version ourselves, They work but we found them extremely fiddly to use, hard to work on carburettor the needle and seats with bracket attached.
This NEW MODEL fixes all these issues.
New Model for greater pop-off setting accuracy.
THIS FITS ALL IAME KA100 IAME X30 PRD FIREBALL GALAXY CHEETAH SW80 COMER IBEA TRYDON and MANY other of these style carburettors.
This ADAPTOR / GO KART ENGINE PART will allow you to adjust the pop off / blow off pressure exactly where you would like it.
Example:
If your engine tuner tells you to set your KA100 Tillotson carburettor to 10 PSI. Then you will be able to precisely adjust the pressure accurately using a KARTELLI POP OFF / BLOW OFF GAUAGE ( or similar ) using this carby adaptor.
Or
If your X30 keeps on flooding during the roll up laps prior to race? Then increase the Pop Off pressure by 2 PSI to overcome this ( or check to see if the carburettor is HOLDING 9 PSI ).
NOTE: All carburettor / engines have different PSI setting.
