A holiday home with charisma will attract you as well as being a friendly place for your family to enjoy many great times together at magical Lake Eildon.
Charisma will be attractive to a family beginning the magical journey on Lake Eildon.
Charisma is very inviting with the double width front doors opening into a spacious front lounge with plenty of windows to experience the wonderful scenery of Lake Eildon. There is a very well presented entertainment/bar area with the mirror wall, plenty of cupboards and the electric glass door bar fridge.
The kitchen provides plenty of space with the servery and good appliances including the Samsung Fridge/Freezer and the Chef Dishwasher.
Charisma provides two bedrooms; one for the parents and the other a bunkroom for the kids. However, when you have guests both the couches fold out to double sofa beds. These are serviced by a good sized bathroom which has a clothes washing machine.
The rear deck and duckboard appear to be in good condition.
Upstairs provides a great entertainment space with plenty of outdoor furniture to relax on. The deck is steel plate sheets which appear to be in good condition, however, it will be due for a coat of paint in the near future.
Charisma has a BMW Marine 6cyl diesel Motor and an Onan Marine 6.4kva diesel Generator. Both being diesel will make her economical to run. Importantly with the Solar Electrics there is a quality Outback Inverter/Charger, an Outback Flexmac Solar Charge Controller and 4 large Solar Panels on the roof.
Charisma was built in 1996 and was last slipped in 2022. Of note the pontoons sit very well in the water with plenty of buoyancy.
Charisma will be attractive for a family beginning the journey on magical Lake Eildon. She is priced to sell and with the Lake’s high water levels and looking like being very close to full again this season, now is the time to start making your plans.
