How to Measure Length of Cables

Cable length is measured from centre of rack to nut, plus 450mm. Y + 450mm = cable length.

N.B. Not compatible as a replacement cable for SSC124

SSC134 type steering single cables(A)

They fit directly to all 1997 on Rack mechanical helms, BLA code 280346, 280348, 280370 and 280372.

Rack steering cables incorporate a rack gear assembly which drives an armour standard core to minimise steering effort. Stainless steel cable output end minimises corrosion. Convenient 7/8" tilt tube mount nut as per ABYC/NMMA/BIA standards.
