''Sentinel'' has a blue-water sailing history enviable by any standard. She has raced in the One Ton Cup series and won first place. She demonstrated that she was a true blue open water vessel by completing a blue water cruise from Sydney to Hobart that encompassed Sydney, Lord Howe, Tasmania, Fiji, and up to Vauatu and the Pacific. The Sparkman & Stephens design is one of the most reputable, reliable, and well-known cruisers and racers on the market. Her layout is simple and very functional. Set up for ease of use as single-handed sailing with remote switching in cockpit for anchor winch.
