Koldtech's Pizza Preparation unit is designed to have ready to use ingredients kept at their freshest whilst having readily available backup in the refrigerated storage below. The perfect preparation bench for any pizzeria.

• Angled GN 1/3 sized container well with blown cold air over and under ingredient pans
• Insulated tilting stainless steel night lids - fully removable
• Stainless steel pizza preparation deck (290mm deep at 880mm height)
• Undercounter storage refrigerator with two plastic coated wire shelves per door and internal lighting
• Unique full-length back mounted evaporator coil
• Rated to operate at ambient temperatures up to 35 C
• Adjustable micro-processor control with digital temperature display
• Self-contained refrigeration system using R404a refrigerant, slides out for easy servicing from back - no drainage connection required
• Exterior and interior made from 304 grade stainless steel. Door mullion is 430 grade stainless steel for magnetic door gasket
• Includes 100mm deep GN 1/3 pans & support bars
• Supplied on (125mm) castors (two lockable) for ease of cleaning
• Refrigeration unit ventilated from operator side
• Optional cutting board available
