This is a custom made oven from V.I.P Refrigeration Catering & Shop Equipment in Melbourne Victoria, It cost me $27,500.00 to have it made to my requested specs back in 2017. As mentioned in the title it runs on gas (natural gas).
The last image containing the different specs of ovens (my model is not listed as it was custom made however the gas specs are the same as the PG190 model.

Authentic stone deck pizza oven for those perfect Italian pizzas. Temperature adjustment from 50 to 450 degrees celsius.
This oven is great for high volume pizza bars, shops, cafes & restaurants.
It's extremely reliable with no moving parts & very easy to maintain.

Cooking chamber can fit 8 x 18inch pizzas at once.
The cooking chamber dimensions are:

Externally it measures:

High: 1450mm (145cm Including the height of the leg frame)
