THE HISTORY:-

A manually operated Hydraform Brick Making Machine was imported into Australia by the company.
Automation of the machine using standard line items was undertaken and has been designed and manufactured by WOMA (Australia) Pty Ltd. in conjunction with Blockett Bricks Pty Ltd. who owns the intellectual property.

The business is being sold with the plans to manufacture the machines and modifications for the new Mark 2 version.

OPERATION:-

The machine can now be operated by one or two people and can make a brick every +- 20 seconds.
Producing hydraulically compressed, interlocking clay bricks with a 2.5% cement content, giving a minimum strength of 4 MPA. This complies with the required Australian standard.
The high quality bricks have excellent insulation qualities and are earthquake and flood resistant and the production process is environmentally friendly. Dry Stack building is quick and simple. ( See www.hydraform.com for details).
The automated machine has now been extensively tested in the Margaret River area of W.A. and sufficient bricks have been made to complete the first house. Building plans were submitted to the local shire.
Dry stack building of the house commenced in February 2008 and was completed in December 2008. Much faster than normal product.

Mobile Automated Hydraform Brick Machine is powered by a Perkins 38 kilowatt diesel engine which drives a KPM hydraulic pump K3VL 45/A which has the capacity to run all functions of the operation.
The machine is built on a double axel trailer towed by a Ute from site to site and is self contained.
Rodeo Ute - 2006 model 3 litre diesel 4X2 good condition, with low mileage.
John Deere 5720 tractor - 80hp with front end loader, 2005 model 1200 hours.
