MODULAR UPPER CABINETS FOR CAMPER CONVERSION

DESCRIPTION

We built lightweight and sturdy cabinets for camper van conversion. This step of the van build was where we really came to realize the difficulties imposed by the curved walls and weird protrusions in a van interior. We worked with and overcame those difficulties!
Priorities for our build were to:
Minimize Weight
Maximize circulation space, and minimize dead space
Keep down cost of materials
we used light weight birch plywood to build the base structure of the cabinets to add strength and durability to it and laminated the surface with high end powder coated aluminium material that comes in various colours and different textures.
Ultra resistant to scratches and extremely light weight 
finally , we added our space saving , durable , fantastic looking roller shutter doors that again , light weight, easy to use and doesn’t rattle or make any noise on rough terrain of our outback roads.

the only tools you would need to have,  is an electric impact screw drive and 12 screws to mount the brackets to your campers wall.
