Currently, wind driven “Whirly Birds” can only exhaust around 100CBM (Cubic Metres) of air per hour while the SolarKing 320MM solar fan can pump 2100CBM of air per hour, more than 20x the air movement. The SolarKing 320MM Solar Fan can be easily mounted on either tile, Colorbond or flat roofs. The unit also has an adjustable tilt solar panel for use on non north facing roofs or flat roofs. You can even use multiple SolarKings on larger installs such as garages and sheds.


How does the Solarking Solar Fan work?

If you’ve ever been in your roof during the warmer months, you know just how hot the space can get. The sun beats down on the roof surface and heats up the stagnant air inside the roof. Building codes require homes to have a passive vent system. Insulation can only do so much before the heat also is too much for the roof bats. That’s where a motorized fan comes in.

The SolarKing Ventilated Fan placed high on the roof will pull air in from outside, force the cooler air to move through the entire roof space and escape through the SolarKing solar fan. In summer months, SolarKing Fan can reduce the temperature in a roof by up to 30 degrees.
