About the Station Wagon

Rent an Aussie Old Classic! Hire the legendary Aussie Ford Falcon Station Wagon to today! Dating back to the ‘60’s The Ford Falcon Wagon is about as Aussie as it gets. These wagons power up hills, boasting a straight-6 4.0 litre engine that can carry up to 5 people AND anything else you care to pack in without missing a beat. A Backpacker Classic, tough, reliable and low-tech – perfect for Aussie distances and Aussie conditions. Driving one of these around Australia is not just a road trip it’s a cultural journey of enlightenment, before the world went mad and the entitlement pandemic broke out these were consider the 1st Choice for any Aussie Road Trip.

Not only that – the Classic Aussie Falcon Wagon is very cheap! Prices vary according to season, availability and length of rental and can be easily split between 2 to 5 people!!!

We can configure the wagon to suit your needs – you can either sleep in a hotel, sleep in one of the tents provide to you or in the back of the Station Wagon like in the 80s (you would need to get your own mattress…)

IMPORTANT: Our StationWagons are 2006 to 2010 models; as such a high level of wear & tear must be expected and it is definitely a budget budget budget rental vehicle (if you wouldn’t stay in a backpacker dorm, then maybe this is not the vehicle for you). Even so they are quite old they do get a lot of love & care from our staff members and will safely bring you around Australia…
