DESCRIPTION

Rubberfuse / Sintofoil FB (FleeceBack) Single-Ply Waterproofing TPO Membranes are Synthetic waterproofing membranes produced by co-extruding a uniform UV resistant elastomerized Thermoplastic PolyOlefin (TPO) and Flexible Polypropylene Alloy (FPA), bonded on the lower face to a nonwoven polyester fabric reinforcing mat.
Used for Roofs, Decks, Basements, Balconies, Ponds, Water Tanks, Green/Living Roofs and other Waterproofing applications.

TPO/FPA (Flexible Polypropylene Alloy) membrane produced by extrusion of granules resulting from the incorporation of ethylene propylene rubber into a propylene matrix together with other additives as appropriate to the type of membrane. A synthetic polyester fleece is applied on the bottom part of the membrane, leaving a selvedge on both sides.

Rubberfuse FB (Fleece Back TPO) membrane is used with either roller-applied or spray-applied adhesives which are applied directly to the substrate, timber or approved tissue-faced PIR insulation, creating a strong bond.

The membrane features contrasting colours on its upper and lower faces, providing a signal layer so that any damage occurring during or after installation will be immediately apparent.

Sintofoil FB Membranes comply with CE marking requirements.

Roofing of non-accessible Roofs on various substrates: Concrete, Steel Deck and Wood.
Balconies.
Gutters.
Basements.
Waterproofing of Parking Decks, Gravel Roofs and Garden Roofs (Green / Living Roofs).
Refurbishment of waterproof bitumen covering materials.
Lining the inside of Ponds and Water Tanks.

Installation:
Sintofoil FB Membranes are glued to the surface with adhesive on the Fleece part.
2 or more strips are joined easily by bonding the 75mm overlap with a hot air gun, no adhesives are required to join the seams.

Sheet on Each Roll is 1.6mm Thick x 1075mm Wide x 400m Long.
Colour is Light Grey.
