DESCRIPTION

100mm & 110/80mm pin Excavator Headstock to suit 25-46 ton machines. There is some light surface rust and a few bangs around the mount plate but is otherwise in great condition. Can be used for a mounting headstock for a Rock Breaker Hammer or Auger, or mount as a regular headstock for buckets and other attachments etc. Current Headstock setup: One Pin is 100mm Diameter the other is an 80mm pin that has a sleeve (tube) fitted over it to make it 110mm. 555mm Pin Center to Pin Center (CtoC), 430mm Between the inside Ear Bosses (which can be shaved back up to 487mm between the Ear Plates if you need more inside width for your hitch or dipper arm to fit in). The main Mounting plate and the Ears plates are 40mm thick. If you remove the sleeve tube off the 80mm pin, you would have a 100mm & 80mm pin setup. Alternatively the 80mm pin could be sleeved with a 100mm OD tube of 10mm wall thickness, or with the pin removed the holes could be bored out to 100mm to make it an all-100mm headstock. There are other possible Pin combinations of 80mm / 90mm / 100mm / 110mm, as long as your Pin Center to Pin Center (CtoC) and Between the Ears (BTE) are within range for your machine/hitch. *** Current 100mm / 110mm Pin configuration: Should fit: Samsung SE350-3 / SE450-3, Volvo EC330B / EC360 / EC360B / EC460 / EC460B. Maybe fit: Caterpillar 345C w/TB Link. *** Simple change to 100mm / 80mm Pins configuration: Should fit: Caterpillar 330B w/E Link / 330C w/E Link / E Family Linkage. Maybe fit: Caterpillar 330C w/Mass Linkage 345B w/Reach Linkage. *** Possible all-110mmm Pins: Should fit: Daewoo Solar 400LC-2 / 400LC-3 / 400LC-V / 420LC-V, Hitachi EX400-1 / EX400-2 / EX400-3 / EX400 / EX450 / EX455 / EX550 / EX600 Long Arm, Hitachi Zaxis 400 / 450 / 450 & LC / 470H-3 / 500-3, John Deere 450DLC.
