New Miller Backhoe Excavator Mechanical Quick Hitch Coupler to suit Caterpillar Backhoe 416D, 416E, 420D, 428 C3, 428 C3D, 432 C3, 438 C3 and possibly other 3-9 Ton Excavators. Want a quick hitch but don't have any spare auxiliary hydraulic lines for a hydraulic hitch? This hitch is identical to a hydraulic hitch setup except you lever the pin clasp open and closed with a rod that compresses the spring. There is no need to pull either of the pins out of your buckets etc. and try to line up the linkages. Instead you simply sit the hitch into your bucket's front pin just like a full hydraulic hitch, then lever the rear spring open and close the coupling over the bucket's rear pin. Condition is new but was sitting in a warehouse for years and started rusting. We have cleaned it up and given it a paint so it's ready to go. Comes with the 20mm solid Lever Rod to open and close it: 450mm Long, 1.2kg. Pin Setup (where your machine's Dipper Arm goes in): * Front Pin Diameter: 50mm. * Front Pin BTE: 256mm Between the inside Ear Bosses. * Rear Pin Diameter: 45mm (this could easily be bored out to 50mm). * Rear Pin BTE: 207mm Between the inside Ear Bosses. * Both Front and Rear Pin Bosses can be shaved back up to 263mm (between the Ear Plates) if you need more inside width for your excavator's dipper arm to fit in. * Pin Center to Pin Center: 345mm.
