ALUMINIUM MANUAL OVERHEAD CUTTING MACHINE

The machine can cut at 45, -45 and intermediate degrees
Quick adjustment bumpers for 90, 75, 60, 45 degrees Table fixing lever for intermediate degrees
Profile jamming is practically done by a pneumatic system 
Diamond shape saw diameter is 400
Measuring and Transport conveyors are available as a standard (2M right-left).

Things that the user should do and pay attention to before the installation of machine 

The pipeline of the air  installation should be approximately 270cm above the compressor. The pipe diameter of the air line must be minimum 20mm and maximum 25mm. Each machine must have a seperate pipeline and this line should be approximately 80cm above the ground from the back of the machine.
The pipe lines of the air line should be 1/2 and the valve should be installed. It is mandatory to ahve a dryer and water trap filter in front of the compressor. Otherwise, water accumalated in the compressor will damage the pneumatic components of machine.
Compress the water  of the compressor every day. This process must be applied in the condition that the water accumalating in the conditioners found in the machines. Electrical circuit line must be made to experienced people. Our company will not be responsible for any problem that may arise from incorrect and incomplete installations.
The installation cable must be at least 4 x 2.5 Machines need about 4KW power 
The first installation of the machine should not be done without the knowledge of its Authorized service.
