DESCRIPTION

New 1500mm AHE/xzSF Heavy Duty Excavator Quarry Rock Bucket suit 30-60 Ton machine.

This is an extremely thick & sturdy, well built bucket designed for hard work digging rock in a quarry environment etc.

The front bottom cutting edge plate is 70mm thick!

It has a deep profile for a high capacity.

It has removable bolt-on Side Edge Cutters to prevent wear on the actual bucket cutting sides.

There are extra wear plates attached to the sides bottom edges and also extra wear strips welded underneath for durability (see pic# 10).

***** Current Headstock configuration:
Front Pin Diameter: 110mm.
Rear Pin Diameter: 100mm.
Pin Center to Pin Center: 565mm.
Between the inside Ear Bosses: 445mm (which can be shaved back up to 535mm between the Ear Plates if you need more inside width for your hitch or dipper arm to fit in).

NOTE! The Front Pin could be milled down to 100mm to make both pins 100mm, or the rear pin holes could be bored out to 110mm to make both pins 110mm.

*** As a 110mm / 100mm Pin Configuration (current setup):
Should fit: Samsung SE350LC / SE450LC, Volvo EC330B / EC330C / EC360B / EC360C / EC380D / EC460B / EC460C / EC480D.
Maybe fit: Caterpillar 330D w/Mass Linkage / 345C w/Reach Linkage / 345C w/TB Link, New Holland EC450LC / EC600 / FX480 / FX600 and possibly other machines with similar pin spacings or that have a variable pin spacing hitch (Multi-Hitch).

*** As an All 100mm Pin Configuration (lathe middle of Front pin down to 100mm):
