New Single Portable Toilet Restroom Demountable Building Block. Can be setup for permanent or portable use with easy fork lift access and roof lifting hooks for easy moving around. 50mm cavity between internal & external walls is vacuum filled with insulating foam to help maintain constant temperature. Door can be locked externally with key lock, or internally by turning the inside locking knob. Separate outlets for gray water & brown water. Electrics are 240V. Toilet room has: * Dual flush rate cistern. * Wash basin with built-in sink plug. * Interior light & switch. * Exhaust fan extractor & switch. * Natural air vent in door. * Toilet paper dispenser * Toilet brush. * Easy clean floor, walls and ceiling Toilets is complete but the cistern cover, toilet lid, ceiling light and exhaust fan have been tapped up to prevent damage in transport. WELS Compliance: All Fixtures & Fitting are WELS WATERMARK AS/NZS 6400:2016 water efficiency rated and compliant.
