I am regretfully selling my Ayers acoustic electric guitar that Ive owned from new for 20 years. This guitar might look a bit rough but it sounds and plays beautifully. It has solid timber top back and sides. I dont exactly remember the top (I think its mahogany) with Sitka sides and rosewood and ebony neck and fretboard. This guitar was $1600 new price. It is a lovely guitar to play with a beautiful mellow sound. It was made in Indonesia by an Australian luther. It will include the hard case strap with locking nuts. I had locking nuts installed because the original strap holder was thin because it was also the Jack for the guitar lead and the strap would come off. I changed the pickup after about 12 years when the original Fishman pickup packed it in. Pickup is in Colac, or I will bring it to Geelong or Ballarat if someone is interested.
