On this floor is a second bedroom with a queen size bed plus a separate toilet and additional bathroom with free standing bath and shower. Also, on this floor is an open kitchen with a large living room with an undercover balcony running off this area to the front of the property.
The Space
Belle Vue sleeps up to 10 persons with 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with queen size beds; and a big room downstairs with two bunk beds plus 2 trundle pull-outs.
Upstairs includes a large open plan family/kitchen area with 2 leather couches plus two chairs, a 55inch Samsung HD LED TV, a dining table that seats 6. The whole area leads out onto an oversized undercover glass railed balcony with an outdoor lounge and a glass top 6-seater dining table and chairs.
Downstairs a separate family room with couches and incorporates the two bunk beds, a 55-inch HD LED TV, and has access to a private court yard at the rear of the home including a 3-burner gas fired BBQ plus an outdoor wooden table with seating for 6 persons in a garden setting.
The double garage is suitable for two vehicles and also has a portable table tennis table and a refrigerator for the guests benefit.
Addition parking for two vehicles is available on the property forecourt.
Air conditioner upstairs and a gas heater down stairs are provided.
Free Wi-Fi is available.
Summer Tariff
1st November to 30th April
$2450.00 per week
$ 350.00 per night for the first 4 persons & each extra person $20.00 per night - min 2 night stay
Winter Tariff
1st May to 31st October
$1800.00 per week
$ 280.00 per night for the first 4 persons & each extra person $20.00 per night - min 2 night stay
