R/C air conditioner to service this area plus large flat screen TV to relax and unwind in the evenings plus DVD player. Relaxing balcony area to soak up the sea air and hear the waves. There is a gate for both sets of outside stairs. Barbecue is located on the small deck off the kitchen area.

There is a bathroom upstairs with shower, separate bath and vanity, plus separate toilet.

The downstairs area is set up for children in mind. Fantastic room with bunk bed, table tennis table, pool table, TV/DVD player, plus their own bathroom with shower and toilet. Separate laundry with washing machine.
Access from the downstairs room to upstairs is via outside stairs.

Large fully enclosed yard, plenty of space for the kids to run around. Outdoor play equipment available to use. Scooters, tennis bats, balls, entertainment for the kids!

When it's time to head out and explore the area you be amazed by what the Fleurieu Peninsula has to offer. Whether it be hiking, swimming, surfing, eating, drinking or shopping the Fleurieu will deliver.

Please note - initial access to the property is via the back stairs through to the kitchen as the sliding doors upstairs are bolted shut.

Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Landlord may RETAIN ANY DEPOSIT PAID, and re et the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the landlord reserves the right to RETAIN the payment received if we are unable to re let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing.
