Modern and fresh holiday accommodation situated on the river at Goolwa. This relaxing home offers accommodation for up to 10 people. One of the quieter boat ramps in Goolwa is across the road and there is a grassed area perfect for relaxing at the water's edge. There are water views from both upstairs and downstairs and it's an easy walk into town and restaurants. There is a walking track along the river front.

The upstairs balcony is perfect for taking in the twilight sailing races. Ducted r/c air conditioning throughout. There are TVs located both upstairs and downstairs. Two main bedrooms with Queen sized beds, and a third bedroom with 2 bunks and another Queen sized bed make it ideal for a holiday with family and friends.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The home has two bathrooms and a laundry with top loading washing machine. Picnic table available for user on the water front or retreat to the large back garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ.

$2500 per week - December/January Holidays 4 night min
$1500 for 4 nights - Easter
$1250 per week - Shoulder Season
$1250 per week - School Holidays
$1000 per week - Off Season & Winter

$250 per night, minimum 2 nights at all times except December/Jan Holidays

$120 Compulsory cleaning fee
$500 BOND

Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Landlord may RETAIN ANY DEPOSIT PAID, and re et the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the landlord reserves the right to RETAIN the payment received if we are unable to re let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing.
