Welcome to Bamboo Beachhouse, a stunning holiday rental located in the picturesque coastal town of Cudmirrah. This beautifully designed house offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends.
Things to note about the property:
- King Sheets are supplied at this property but, towels and all other sheets are not (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon and WIFI are available.
- Garage Access is Available (1 Space for a small car/boat or jetski)
- No smoking inside the house
- Pets Allowed
- No Slipway Access (local boat ramp is minutes from the house)
Inside:
The main bedroom offers a touch of luxury with its opulent king-sized bed adorned with sheets, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The kitchen is equipped with an island bench, providing both a functional cooking space and a gathering spot for friends and family to enjoy. The open-plan design seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere that encourages socializing and the creation of cherished memories. In each lounge room, you'll find large-screen TVs, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favourite shows. For added convenience and entertainment, Bamboo Beachhouse features a second separate lounge room, offering ample space for relaxation or lively entertainment.
Outside:
The large glass doors open onto a back deck, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding natural beauty. The backyard is a haven for outdoor living, featuring a deck with outdoor furniture for al fresco dining, a swing set for the kids, and an outdoor shower for refreshing after a day at the beach. In the evenings, guests can gather around the fire pit (please note that guests are responsible for providing their own firewood as none is kept on the property) and enjoy cozy conversations and toasted marshmallows.
For those who love to cook outdoors, a BBQ is available, allowing you to savour delicious grilled meals while enjoying the fresh sea breeze. The property is fully fenced (please see small gaps in front fence), ensuring privacy and safety for both children and pets. Speaking of pets, Bamboo Beachhouse is pet-friendly, with the condition that they are kept outside only.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
