This two-storey holiday home sits on a generous block with extensive hill views whilst being just a short 750m to the beach (or a quick 8-minute walk depending on your pace).
This beachside getaway comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms and 1 powder room. Downstairs you will find the large open plan living room, 3 large bedrooms including 2 x queen beds and 1 x single bunk bed, main bathroom and fully equipped laundry with access to the backyard and a large shed complete with table tennis table.
Upstairs, the kitchen overlooks a large dining and family room that opens onto the front balcony with fantastic rural views, where the Cockle Train can be seen when running. There is also a powder room off the main living area offering easy access for everyone enjoying the upstairs space. The master suite is complete with a king size bed en suite and access to the front balcony.

Undercover, secured parking and a semi circular driveway

2 x Smart TVs (1 x upstairs and 1 x downstairs)
