Arrival and Departure.
Check-in is available from 2 pm (NSW time) onwards on the day of arrival. Keys will be available at the property upon arrival. Please read instructions in the final confirmation email regarding check in.

You must check out on or before 10.00am (NSW time) on your departure day. Extra charges will apply if you are late in checking out.

Damages and Extra Cleaning.
Any breakages, damage and lost items must be paid for by occupants. In the event of this happening it is asked for the occupant to report it as soon as possible. We request that you kindly leave the property in a similar state to the condition it was in on your arrival (including washing dishes, removal of rubbish and BBQ cleaned). Failure to leave the Premises in a satisfactory manner will result in you incurring extra charges. Any charges applicable for the above will be charged to your credit card, or deducted from the security deposit. Loss of keys attracts a $50 charge.

The owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
