As you arrive at Berrara Breeze, you'll enter through the side gate, where you're greeted by a welcoming patio furnished with an outdoor lounge and dining table—an ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach or out on the water. A large ceiling fan ensures comfort during warm summer days.

Step inside to find a well-designed kitchen, which features modern appliances, including a dishwasher, and offers lovely views of the outdoor area. The kitchen seamlessly connects to the first dining area, perfect for casual meals with easy access to the outdoor space. Just off the kitchen, you'll discover a cozy bar area with stools and a mini bar fridge, as well as a second dining room and lounge, providing additional spaces to relax and entertain.

The main living area is inviting and versatile, with multiple seating arrangements and an entertainment cabinet filled with movies, board games, and a Wii, ensuring fun for everyone. The large circular dining table off the living room is perfect for gathering the whole group for meals.

A hallway leads from the dining area to three of the four bedrooms, the main bathroom, and the laundry. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
