Located in a quiet cul de sac - close to the Redbill Beach for that swim or a stroll along the beach to the low tide access point for Diamond Island . Kids can walk safely to the beach. See and hear penguins each evening at dusk - just a short stroll from your door.

The fully enclosed rear garden area is a great place for the kids to kick a ball about or sit and relax at the outdoor setting and enjoy the native bird life flitting about the garden. There are also BBQ facilities.
