A fantastic, renovated and spacious home situated at Hayborough between Victor Harbor & Pt Elliot.
Lovely sea views from the open plan living, dine and kitchen.
Front yard is fenced plus enclosed backyard and ample off street parking.

A nice 4 minute walk will have you in the best family friendly beach in the area that still offers some surf action as well. Large Coles & food shops are also within walking distance.

The space:
Open plan living, dine and kitchen. Large flat screen TV, DVD player and ducted reverse cycle airconditioner. Fully equipped, modern and new kitchen with microwave. Off the kitchen is a 2nd living area for a quiet retreat or a kids area with large flat screen TV.
Main bedroom with queen bed & walk through robe to ensuite. Shower, vanity and toilet. Laundry is also combined with the ensuite. Front loader washing machine and dryer. There is a separate entrance to the laundry from outside. Great for returning from the beach.
Both 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a queen bed in each. The 4th bedroom has a queen plus bunk bed.
The main bathroom consists of a shower and separate bath. There is also a separate toilet.

There is a small lockable storage shed which contains the outdoor furniture and can be used to store surf boards etc during your stay.

Access to the entire property apart from the large outside shed and locked cupboards in the walk in robe and bathroom.

To keep your costs to a minimum we do not provide sheets or towels. We can provide a linen hire service for an additional separate fee.

We do provide you with quilts and pillows and all beds have pillow and mattress protectors which are regularly cleaned.

The house has been professionally cleaned prior to check in & will be cleaned between bookings for your peace of mind. We do however, strongly advise you take your own hand cleaner & any other hygiene items you feel comfortable using.

The house is a non-smoking house with NO PETS allowed.

TENANTS TO SUPPLY OWN LINEN

$225 per night minimum 3 nights of $1550 per week - New Year Rate - 26/12-7/01/20
$210 per night minimum 3 nights or $1330 per week during the December/January Holidays.
$1000 for 4 nights - Easter
$1260 per week - Shoulder Season (Feb & March) $200 per night
$205 per night minimum 3 nights or $1290 per week during the School Holidays
$1230 per week - Off Season & Winter
$195 per night, minimum 2 nights in the off season and winter time only

$100 Cleaning fee
$500 Bond

LANDLORD RIGHTS/CANCELLATIONS
*****Please note that the Landlord has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Landlord, and the Landlord reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time with a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Landlord may RETAIN ANY DEPOSIT PAID, and re et the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the landlord reserves the right to RETAIN the payment received if we are unable to re let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing.
