$160 cleaning fee applies to all bookings.

If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Landlord may RETAIN ANY DEPOSIT PAID, and re et the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the landlord reserves the right to RETAIN the payment received if we are unable to re let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing.
