Stroll 1300m down the breakwall to the safe, patrolled surf beach. There is single garage & a large driveway area to house all the toys & vehicles for a classic beach & riverside holiday. Inside there is a groovy retro kitchen with spacious open plan lounge & dining. Outside has dining & relaxing on the back verandah, undercover alfresco BBQ area, safe fenced yard & outdoor beach shower. 3 bedroom home sleeps 7 – Bedding consists of 1 x queen bed, 2 x single beds & 1 x double bed with single bunk bed over. You will need to bring your own linen, TOWELS & SHEETS ONLY everything else will be provided for you.
