This property comfortably sleeps 10 and is great for two families with 4 x queen beds and 2 x single beds. Fold up cot is available on request. There are three living areas with polished floorboards throughout, two bathrooms and a huge covered entertaining deck. The house is not main road located and safe for children with bikes. Fully fenced yard for an outside pet. There is plenty of undercover parking for cars, boats & parking for visitors. It has ceiling fans throughout, TV & DVD, microwave, dishwasher, BBQ. You need to bring your own linen (sheets, towels & tea towels).
