Half Moon Bay Resort (Holiday Apartments) are situated on the northern beaches of Cairns, at Yorkeys Knob, ideally located and central to Cairns, the airport and Palm Cove. There are 19 self-contained one bedroom apartments, set in a delightfully tranquil tropical garden setting. The apartments sleep up to 4 and are perfect for couples or small families. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a double pull out sofa bed in the separate living area. Several apartments have twin beds in the bedroom, instead of the queen bed. The kitchens are fully equipped with fridge and cooking facilities. The apartments contain a washing machine and clothes dryer and the balcony encompasses a view of either the pool or tropical gardens. The apartments are all air- conditioned, with ceiling fans and cable TV is free of charge to our guests. Our resort style pool features a spa pool, wooden garden lounges and tables and chairs. At the other end of the garden a pergola provides shade for outdoor cooking and entertaining on the barbeque. Undercover car parking is available at no charge. Half Moon Bay Resort is situated within easy walking distance to Yorkeys Knob facilities, including the beach, restaurants, the marina/boat club and the local shopping area. The golf enthusiast will appreciate that the first tee at Half Moon Bay Golf Club is only 50 metres away. We offer a complete tour booking service for all the attractions and tours around Cairns. We can arrange your car rental at very competitive prices, with the car available either at the airport or the Resort.
