Beautiful property with approximately 200 acres of cultivation on rich black soil. The property is currently supporting 150 head of cattle. In a dry year, we supplement feed the cattle using stored forage hay. In the event of a drought, all cattle paddocks have access to water troughs, supplied from a tank on the highest part of the land. The tank is filled from a 'bleed off' line that comes off an irrigation mainline, meaning the tank is filling every time we irrigate. The cattle yards are a mix of steel and timber, and have a good crush, race and drafting gates.
