Hi, Thanks for reading my listing! Im an introverted nature lover, I work online (43). Your other potential flatmate is a remedial massage therapist who is into his tech (36). Were open to any age applicants. Preference for an employed male. Were open to women applicants. We cant take more animals and our house is not safe for children. You will have your own toilet and bathroom. Internet, water and power is inclusive. Lawn included. Washing machine and dryer available, plus clothesline. Must be okay with dogs and cats. 55 tv and sectional sofa in the living room. Your room is as shown in the photos, including queen bed with linen, desk, chair, lamp and built in wardrobe. Flexible with the furniture, if you want some or all for your use. Currently you will have a bar fridge to yourself (we do plan to upgrade to a larger share fridge) and your own pantry space, cookware, plates and glasses (as per the photo). We request one week rent holding, so if you dont pay rent or wish to give one weeks notice to vacate everyone is square ($400 move in cost, rent paid weekly).
