Bit of a late review, Steve inspected our house pre-purchase in October last year. He was very polite and professional in all our conversations. His report was extremely detailed with lots of photos. He called immediately after the inspection to reassure us the house was good to buy, and we have not found anything he did not include in his report.  I have a current Supervisors license, BLD243731 My old retired Builders/Supervisors license was SGL51805 I am also currently licensed for Roof Framing/Trusses Compliance Sign-off License Number MBA 00036023. I am a member of the Association of Building Consultants. I have completed the HIA Building Supervision certificate course.  I have completed Certificate 4 in Building and Construction. I have also completed a Certificate 3 in frontline management, studying safe working practices and identifying risk.  I have my certificate of attainment for inspecting and reporting on timber pests and the control of timber pests. Most importantly, I have a national police certificate, so you know that I am who I advertise myself to be.
Your integral building inspection report will be carried out by a licensed, qualified, and insured inspector and will be compliant with the Australian Standard AS 4349.1 Length of the report: approx. 80+ pages, including photographic evidence, thermal images, and moisture readings, emailed to you on the day the report is completed. Priced from $385.00 for a standard inspection (2-4 bedroom single-story dwelling) in Metro Adelaide, near country price by negotiation.
Purchasing Building and Pest combined however, is recommended at $550 so you know the full issues.
