For Class 1a Buildings (As defined by the National Construction Code (NCC) 2022, Volume 2): Attached or detached dwellings, multi-unit developments, town houses, dual occupancy etc. My price for Single Storey Dwellings: $275.00 + $33.00 My price for Two Storey Dwellings: $375.00 + $33.00 $33 is paid towards the generation of a certified NatHERS Energy Rating Certificate and a QR Code or Stamp, which is required to be placed on each page of the working drawings. For Class 2 Buildings (As defined by the National Construction Code (NCC) 2022, Volume 1): Sole Occupancy Unit or Apartments. My price is subject to a quote upon receiving a set of working drawings. What you will receive upon completion: A Nathers preliminary 7 star energy star rating certificate including the new whole-of-home energy usage rating for client review and feedback. Upon finalisation you will receive a certified NatHERS accredited certificate which includes the new Whole-of-Home energy usage rating and the separate heating and cooling load maximum limits. A set of stamped working drawings for the building surveyor and energy rating notes that need to be placed on the working drawings by your draftsperson, architect, etc. Compliance Requirements: All new homes (Class 1a Buildings including Class 10 Buildings Attached Garages) in the Australian Capital Territory need to achieve a minimum 7 Star Energy Rating and a Whole-of-Home Rating of not less than 60 using NatHERS accredited software. All new apartments (Class 2 Buildings - Sole Occupancy Units) in the Australian Capital Territory must collectively achieve an average energy rating of at least 7 Stars for the whole building, with no individual unit rated less than 6 Stars and a Whole-of-Home Rating of not less than 50 using NatHERS accredited software.
