Welcome to VICPOOL INSPECTIONS

I am a registered Building Inspector with the Victorian Building Authority (VBA) first registered in 1995. We offer Swimming Pool and Spa barrier compliance inspections which are required in accordance with the Victorian Building Regulations 2018.

Our fees are set at $220 for initial site assessment inclusive of a detailed report and certification or if a re inspection is required an extra fee of $80 applies.

Commencing in December 2019 the State Government introduced mandatory inspection and certification of Pool and Spa safety barriers across the wholeof Victoria.

Owners are required to register their Pool or Spa with the Local Council and must obtain a Certificate of Compliance with either a Registered Building Surveyor, Building Inspector or Pool Safety Inspector.
