The Rovex-Specialist Surf Rod series is for sale now at the , and they’re guaranteed to get you fishing the surf gutters for a whole lot less.
There are two models from which to choose when making your order. The Specialist Surf 1202SU (12ft) delivers all the length you need to tackle a heavier surf with distant breakers and gutters.  
The Specialist Surf 1002SU (10ft) is a more manageable length when maximum distance is not necessary. This model will also work brilliantly for working the rocks and break walls.
From the surf, both rods cover all our surf-side favourites. Targets include mulloway, Aussie salmon, tailor, bream, flathead, dart, whiting and more.
It’s a testament to a smart design that the same rod will cover live baiting for huge mulloway with poddy mullet as well as casting nippers and pippies at whiting.
The shorter 10ft version is an ideal choice for casting crabs and cunjevoi at big drummer, and big bream from the ocean rocks. We like the longer 12ft version for casting hefty metal slices at Aussie salmon and tailor, particularly when their schooling further from the shoreline.
