Electric winch to open and close camper which makes setting up and packing away a lot easier.

PLUMBING
Portable Hot Water Service and gas bottle.
Two Stainless steel water storage tanks, 125 litre and 60 litre tanks with water tank monitor. Water filling points are lockable.
SLEEPING:
Queen size innerspring mattress. Reading lights and storage pockets both sides of bed with power point on bed base to charge mobile phones.
KITCHEN:
Slide out kitchenette with Sink - Stainless Steel. Three burner Thetford Stove with kitchen draws . Cooks delight with large Stainless Steel area to prepare food attached to sink and stove area that folds out for easy use. Selling this camper with Waco/Dometic Large Fridge/Freezer 75 litre, purchased to suit this camper. Big size that fits in the slide out space perfectly.
BATHROOM:
Ensuite tent with shower accessories. Put up once but never used. Camper comes with upgraded Portable toilet and chemicals. Used twice. Porta Potti Brand.
HEATING/VENTILATION & COOLING - Storm windows, tropical roof, window screens, bug and midge proof, double flaps on all windows and doorways. Purchased plug in fan for those warm nights but not used yet. ENTERTAINMENT - CD player, Radio with four speakers.
STORAGE - Front tool box steel and composite aluminium and three side storage areas in camper trailer. Two steel storage boxs on roof top to store poles. BOAT RACK clips down when camper closed for easy transport of dinghy or whatever you want. Front of camper has one jerry can holder to suit 20 litre jerry can along with frame to store gas bottle. Under bed storage beside the two draws (shown in photos) as well.
AWNING AREA - Comes with awning walls, floor, and draft skirt to stop the breeze getting in on cold nights. Large windows along annex allow good airflow and natural light during the day. This is a large area so you could easily put a couple of camp stretchers in this area for children or just enjoy the large space to set up how you want. I like glamping so loved being able to spread out. Plenty of room for table and chairs as well.
