DESCRIPTION

Full off road and off grid setup with registration until 12 December 2024.
* All fly screens just replaced replaced and roof seals redone as per maintenance schedule.
* New 100AH deep cell battery. Leads already attached ready for parallel battery set up- just add another 100AH battery to double your AMP hours
* CTKK AC Battery charger to charge the batteries whilst plugged into mains
* Enerdrive Solar Charge controller- with external Anderson Plug connection on side of van
* Redarc BCDC 1240 3 stage battery charger. This allows you to charge your battery using the alternator of your vehicle when travelling. Built in shut off so you can stay plugged into your vehicle without worrying about draining your car battery. This also has a a built in solar regulator but the previous owners left solar set up on the Enerdrive as it was still working perfectly

* 12 V connections inside van and one external
* 9KG gas bottle
* 80L water storage tank with hand pump
* Skytracks storage system with 4 cubes
* Winegard windup aereal
* Truma Under bunk Air conditioning with remote

* Double bed one end with Queen at the other. Both have new mattresses with latex toppers
* Dining table can convert to small single bed suitable for up to10yo. Egg shell topper included
* Accessories provided to convert Club Lounge to single bed. New mattress provided. Will fit full side adult.
* 3 phase Thetford fridge. Works perfectly on battery and mains. Will start on gas but currently not remaining lit. Possibly an issue with the Thermocouple which should be a relatively easy fix by a professional.
* Sphere microwave
* Smev gas cooktop and grill. Works perfectly but we prefer to cook outside to prevent cooking smells getting through the curtains etc
* 2 Sets of internal bed end lights, one set with built in fans
* Stab pads, chocks and ramps provided to make your set up easier

* Magnetic Flyscreen for door

* Near new Bedend Flys attached. 1 extra set thrown in. Flyends are in great condition but bags have some minor stitching issues.
