New 2021 Millard M Flow 22ft Family Caravan

Hey everybody. Its with a heavy heart that we unfortunately have to sell our brand new unused 22ft semi offroad family caravan due to unforeseen circumstances so our loss is your gain. We made the purchase in 2021 for $73k and took delivery in November 2022. Save $10-15k and waiting time off the new model. We have only been moving it between storage and home to keep everything in check and working. Below is a list of things in the caravan to the best of our knowledge. A triple bunk instead of the dual bunk, full queen bed, seperate ensuite with sliding door, dual lithium batteries, 2 sets of solar panels, 2 gas bottles, gas cooktop with bottom grill, galvanised frame / chassis with 2 raiser, front loader washing machine, Wi-ti Anti Theft system, ESC (Electronic Stability Control), Safety Dave reverse camera installed, L shape lounge with telescopic dining table, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, smart tv, spare wheel, toolbox, 2 x 95L water tanks, 110L grey water tank, GVM 3500 ATM 2800 Payload 700. All manuals, books, both sets of keys and remotes are in the van, we are the only owners and there is no finance on the caravan.
