Selling our 2012 Bailey Olympus 6 berth van as we have upgraded to a newer model.

Currently advertised for $32,500 but we are negotiable and open to reasonable offers.

In excellent used condition.

Pros:
- fixed double bed
- ensuite shower, toilet and basin
- kitchen with microwave, fridge, stovetop, grill and oven
- dinette which converts to bunk beds
- dometic air conditioner (recently replaced so as new)
- front lounge area with table (also converts to a queen bed or can be used as two single beds)
- large sunroof in lounge area (recently replaced through insurance due to storm damage)
- stereo
- alko electric brake system
- loads of storage
- fly screen, block out blinds and curtains
- large panoramic windows that open out
- near new awning (replaced recently through insurance due to storm damage)
- 4 near new tyres

Cons:
- toilet does not flush with the button (can be fixed) but we have always put a cup of water down which does the same job
- some of the blinds get stuck opening (we manually open them rolling them from the top)
- has checker board plate around the rear as the plastic bumper cracked so we replaced it
