CHASSIS
Frame: Hot-dipped galvanised frame to protect against corrosion with 6″ x 2″ main members.
External Skin: Aluminium box channel, smooth skin, and hail & dent-resistant external frame.
Doors & Hinges: High quality metal hinges bolted to the frame. Adjustable latches on all external doors allow for easy adjustment.
Suspension Fixings: High tensile fixings.
Suspension: 2800kg independent trailing arm suspension with dual shock absorbers and coil springs.
Chains: 2 x ADR compliant safety chains with D shackle.
Stone Guard: Front stone guard for protection in-line with front toolbox unit to protect van and tow vehicle against rock damage and ricocheting stones.
