This Manta Ray is a touring van with some off-grid capability. It does well with fresh and grey water carrying capacity, and two gas bottles will keep that fridge humming long past the time it will take to empty it. The single solar panel on the roof combined with the single battery will give you a few days away depending on the weather. A portable solar panel can be plugged into the Anderson plug provided to increase power input.
