Regent’s 2022 design philosophy extends to improved use of internal space and this is apparent throughout the Discoverer Family bunk caravan's surprisingly spacious floorplan.

The 8.82m van incorporates a luxurious full-size Queen bed, corner L-shape dinette with plenty of legroom, a roomy ensuite and a choice of single, double, or triple bunk layout.

Large, flat double glazed windows are included in the bedroom, bunk, kitchen and dining area, giving panoramic views of surrounding scenery.

It’s inside the Discoverer where you’ll notice the difference, no exceptions! Nothing has been compromised in features and appointments while offering you a comfortable and spacious environment. The Discover Family bunk caravan's layout includes the option of 1, 2 or 3 bunks – perfect for the growing family. A reverse cycle air conditioner with remote and a 170w solar panel are among the caravan’s standard features, and nothing is spared with the choice of interior appliances! The caravan is well-lit with LED downlights, as well as strip lighting featured under the overhead cabinets. NOTE: The mattress size for all bunks is 1805x660mm

Built with Regent’s premium build procedures and using quality materials, the 21’ Discoverer epitomises a level of quality that’s been the in the making for three decades!



Smooth and Strong

The Discoverer Family caravan's head turning, aerodynamic design delivers improved fuel efficiency and a safer, overall smoother driving experience. Underneath sits a Raptor Coat chassis and torsion beam suspension attached to with a 50mm ball coupling as standard. The Discoverer boasts a 3500kg ATM to deliver a maximum payload. Meanwhile, a Lippert Sway Control system adds to the Discoverer’s easy towability.


Future-proof Foundation

Regent believes that composite construction is the future, and this method is incorporated in the floors, walls and rooves of each of its 2022 models. The robust combination of an aluminium frame, high-density XPS insulating foam, and a fibreglass finish, results in a caravan that’s built for Australia’s variable conditions.


Savvy Storage

Regent has paid significant attention to the Discoverer’s outdoor storage options. New lockers with twist lock latches are considerably more dust proof and won’t pop open on corrugated roads. A bus-style front locker and tunnel boot add to the Discoverer’s clever use of space.


Fabulous Features

Regent’s Discoverer Family is packed with features other brands offer as options. A reversing camera system, which transmits to the tow vehicle’s dashboard, 12in electric brakes, 15in black alloy wheels, two 9kg gas bottles and two 95 litre freshwater tanks, Raptor front and side protection shields the glossy panels from flicked up stones, a roll-out awning, and a euro-style recessed spare tyre are all standard inclusions.

The Discoverer Family caravan is built on a chassis that is matched with tandem torsion suspension for safe and comfortable towing.

COMPOSITE CONSTRUCTION

The Discoverer Family’s frame features a combination of aluminium extrusions and high-density XPS insulating foam, finished with fibreglass sheets. This combination ensures the caravan is well insulated from temperature extremes.

FIBREGLASS ONE PIECE DESIGN

All Discoverer’s feature a one-piece Fibreglass moulded front and rear. This improves aerodynamics and reduces fuel consumption. The front window shade has been incorporated into the mould for a very streamlined look.

MAXIMISING SPACE

All Regent Discoverers have benefitted from incorporating external items like the spare wheel, gas bottles, and lights into the shape of the caravan which has afforded extra space inside the van with no change in overall length.
