We care selling due to other commitments now occurring on weekends.

The van is spacious and in good condition and in quiet end of park. The annex is large and is divided into two areas, the lounge area and has two sofas, one pulls out into double bed and a Samsung 43 smart TV plus reverse cycle air conditioner and there is a separate main bedroom with double bed, shelving and cupboard.

Up the top in main van is a kitchen area with new fridge/freezer, laundry area with storage and a shower and a bedroom with a double bed with cupboard/dresser storage (Could put bunk beds in for more sleeping accommodation options).

We have recently levelled and paved an area at the rear of the van to store a boat or park your vehicle or seating area to catch the afternoon sun.

None of the vans at Lakesea have internal toilets, but we are not far the toilet block (which is kept in immaculate condition - cleaned daily).

Site fees at Lakesea are $1740 per quarter, plus electricity charges.
The maximum number of persons to occupy the van at any one time is 6 persons (including infants). Occupation of your van is limited to six continuous weeks to a maximum of 150 days each financial year included in your fees. You may occupy your van for a maximum period of 180 days in any financial year. These extra days attract extra fees at the rate of $40/person per night. You cannot occupy your van on a permanent basis at any time.

NO PETS are permitted in this park.
