Tonkinese Kittens

DESCRIPTION

I have six gorgeous Tonkinese Kittens who will be ready for their new homes on the 30th of August. - x1Male Chocolate Point - x1 Male Blue Mink - x1Female Seal Point - x1 Male Lilac Point Personality: These beautiful babies have been raised inside a busy household and have grown up around other pets (cats & dogs). Warm, Playful, cuddly & curious. The Tonkinese breed was created from the Siamese & Burmese breeds to create cats who are very affectionate and love attention; and also have a high level of intelligence. They can be taught to play fetch or walk on a leash & will keep you entertained with all kinds of crazy antics. Some Tonkinese can be quite vocal and will love to have a chat to you & be in your company. Best suited in pairs or a two-cat household if you spend a lot of time outside the home. They do not do well alone & may create mischief if lonely or under stimulated. If you have not owned a Tonkinese or Siamese cat before, further research is recommended to decide whether the breed is right for your family. Physical Traits: Beautiful blue eyes & easy to maintain short-haired coats. These cats are sometimes referred to as 'Hypo-Allergenic'. Human allergies are caused by a protein called Fel d 1 in the cat's saliva, which is transferred onto the hairs during cleaning/licking. Siamese & Burmese breeds both have lower levels of Fel d1 & are also low Shedding. Although no pet is 100% 'hypo-allergenic', they have a much lower risk of triggering allergies. Agile bodies, these cats love exercise and a zoom around the house or a climb on their tower. Due to the Siamese in the breed, the coat color can change with the temperature, with the cream areas darkening with cold temperatures. Parents: Dad is a pedigree Chocolate Point. Mothers have both been tested & are negative for FeLV (feline leukemia) and FIV (feline AIDS). Before Kittens Leave for their new homes, they will be: - Fully weaned and litter trained - 1st & 2nd Vaccination (3rd is due at 16 weeks of age) - Have had regular vet checks & confirmed to be in good health - Regularly Worming & Flea treatment with Revolution - Males will be desexed - Come with a kitten pack Kittens are located in Bendigo. Pick-Up is preferred. I can deliver to Melbourne or to possibly meet halfway for collection, depending on where you are coming from. Freight/transport to other states at buyers' expense is not usually offered but may be considered.
