0 interest car loan

Ah, the mythical 0% interest car loan—sounds like a fairy tale, doesn't it? In Australia, these deals often come bundled with new car purchases and are designed to lure you into a showroom. 0% interest means you pay back exactly what you borrowed, no extra cents in interest, which sounds like a dream if you can qualify.

But beware the fine print: these offers usually require a spotless credit history, a substantial deposit, and are often limited to certain models or trims. Also, skipping dealer insurance or add-ons might be mandatory to keep that 0% intact. Used car loans rarely come near 0%, with rates often hovering around 6-12% depending on your credit.

For the best deals, keep an eye on promotions at CarShowroom or Tradingpost, and always crunch the numbers to see if a lower interest rate with a discount beats a 0% loan with a higher price tag.
