The 2014 VF Commodore with the V6 engine typically holds 5.5 litres of engine oil, including the oil filter. It's crucial to use the recommended oil grade, usually 5W-30 fully synthetic, for optimal performance and engine longevity. Always double-check your owner's manual or ServiceCentral for the exact specs, as slight variations can exist depending on the specific model or tuning. Neglecting the correct oil capacity can lead to either starvation or overfilling, both of which are bad news for your engine.
